He was predeceased by: his son Paul. He is survived by: his wife Luba (Louise); his daughter Kathy; and his sisters, Mary Patchev (late Steve) of Grimsby and Luba Jaremenko (late Bill) of Kitchener. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
