He is survived by: his spouse Mary Jean; his children, Janice Lee (Brian), Terry (Julie), Brian "Sid" (Gail) and Trevor (Allison); his grandfather Katelyn; his great grandchild Samuel Lee; his sibling Mary Real (late Ross); his sister-in-law Barbara Phair; and also, Russel (Jess), Tyson, Carlie, Travis, Shelby, Cody, Courtney, Ashley, Brandon, Emma and Wilmot Phair.
