She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Reed of Fenwick; and her parents, Carman Milligan and Leatta Milligan of Ottawa. She is survived by: her siblings, Diane Shaughnessy of Manotick and Scott Milligan (Linda) of Kingston, Ontario..
