He was predeceased by: his sons, Jason and Mark (Teresa); and his parents, Marjorie and Raymond. He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Cleaveley, Thomas, James and Nancy Harrison; and his grandson Emmett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Andy's House where Bill received compassionate care at the end of his life.
