It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Violet Burke of Gravenhurst, Ontario, who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lou; her son Bradley; her parents, Lawrence Hilliard and Sadie Hilliard; her siblings, Harold and Stella Wilson; and her brother-in-law Jim Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara (Joe Pontes) and Brenda (Domenic Iaboni); her daughters-in-law, Stephanie Burke (Jeff Chisolm) and Eileen (late Gerard Burke); her grandchildren, Jenna (Ben), Bryan (Sarah), Christopher (Lorinda), Amanda (Paul), Leah (Tristan) and Kendra (Joey); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Blake, Luke, Leo, Amelia and Quinn.
Due to COVID restrictions, visitation and funeral service is limited to a specific number of visitors.
