He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray McGuey and Leah McGuey. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Smeltzer; his daughters, Nikki and Amy; and his siblings, Linda Johnson (Ken), Lawrence, Edward (Mary Jane), Robert "Charlie" (Rachel) and Gail Yantha (Pat).
