He is survived by: his wife Teri; his children, Lee O'Halloran, Jesse O'Halloran (Katie), Haley O'Halloran, Susan Leatherdale (Nick) and Michael Chiang; his siblings, Debra (Paul), Kevin (Sandy), Patricia, Kathy (John), Maureen (Art), Joanne (Glen) and Terry (Lorraine); his brother-in-law Kevin Leatherdale; and his father-in-law Doug.
