He is survived by: his brothers, George and Gerald (Carol); his spouse Shirley (Thomas); his sons, Brian (Barbara) and Kenneth Blaine; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Jennine, Victoria, Jennifer and Travis. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
