He was predeceased by: his brother Edward (Ted). He is survived by: his wife Britt-Marie McIrvine; and his cousins, Barb Thatcher (Bill), John and Elsie Lindgren.
Once in Muskoka, Jack continued to make important contributions to several organizations as a volunteer.
