He was predeceased by: his brothers, Steven and Lawrence; and his parents, Mary and Lawrence Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Clara Joyce; his daughter Susie Davis; his grandchildren, Teegan Austin (Crystal Hilt) and Brittany Varcoe (Candice); and his siblings, Dianne Davis (Craig Guest), Darlene Crowell and William Davis.
