Gertrude Stewart Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2020, Gertrude Stewart (Gravenhurst, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Phelan and Jane Phelan; her husband John Douglas Stewart; and her siblings, Arthur (Kay), Sally (Charles), Elizabeth, Tom and Hugh.

She is survived by: her children, John, Katie (Earl), Don and Jenny (Craig Birchall); her grandchildren, Jill (Jeff Brandman), Jessica (Kyle Hynes) and Breann Birchall; her great grandchildren, Mali Brandman and Andile Brandman; and her sister-in-law Mary Phelan of Bolton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to suggest doing a random act of kindness.
