She was predeceased by: her husband Rupert Andrews. She is survived by: her daughters, Dale Durnan (Gord) of Gravenhurst and Catherine McCann (Stephen) of Hamilton; her granddaughters, Shannon Durnan of Gravenhurst and Sarah Durnan (Chris Cunningham) of Mississauga; and her great grandchild Maximus.
Friends who wish may make a charitable donation to their favourite Muskoka Charity or to Diabetes Canada as Dorothy was diabetic for more than 50 years.
