With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Bateman of Gravenhurst, Ontario, who passed away on October 22, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Bateman and William Bateman; and his siblings, Norval and Frances. He is survived by: his spouse Shannon Bateman of Gravenhurst; his daughters, Julie Shaw (Rob) and Lisa O'hara (Dan); his stepchildren, Jonathan Franklin (Sarah) and Tamara Franklin (Brent); and his siblings, Bill, Michael, Jim, Sheila, Nancy Jean, Alice and Helen.

Donations may be made to the Cancer Society or a charity of your choosing and may be arranged through Cavill Funeral Home.
