He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Kokokopenace and Elizabeth Kokokopenace; his grandparents, Joseph, Lucy Kokokopenace, Adam and Mary Keewatin; his siblings, Ronald, Bessie, Wayne and Curtis; his brother-in-law Carlo Graham; his uncles, Felix Daniel and Simon Kokokopenace; and his aunt Jessie Assin.

He is survived by: his aunts, Susan Fobister, Eveleen Petiquan, Rita, Brenda and Clara Kokokopenace; his siblings, Sheila (John), Frazer (Ruth), Beatrice (Wayne) and Clayton; his nieces and nephews, Curtis, Kirby, Roderick, Erica, Lynn, Frazer, Matilda, Rutger, Stella, Joseph, Breena, Kimberly, Kayla, Clayton and Kerry; his granddaughter Caidence Necanapenace; and his close friend Carlo. He is also survived by his many cousins and close friends.
