He was predeceased by: his sisters, Jan, Tienie, Chris, Jopie and Wil.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Yvonne (Willem), Frank (Kathy), Ron (Colleen), Brenda (John), Marco, Daniel, Kimberley (Kell), Devon (Emily), Melvin (Kim), Cassie (Paul), Emily (Tyler), Kyle (Shannon), Courtney (Levy), Hailey and Lindsay; his sister Rie; his son-in-law Willem; and also Jan. He is also survived by his family, extended family.
