He is survived by: his wife Diane Jonker; his children, Tiffany, Kyle Kamphuis, Liam, Roman, Joseph, Alysha Jonker, Jack, Charlotte, Klaas, Annalise Antuma, Diedrick and Matthijs; his parents, Harm Jonker and Grace Jonker; his siblings, Jane, Dan VanLeeuwen, Marian, Rob DeVries and Alida Jonker; his parents-in-law, Willem and Roelie Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Bert, Marlene Smith, John Smith, Angela Blok, Leen Blok, Harold, Elizabeth Smith, Frank, Christa Smith, Eric, Trish Smith, Walter, Shelley Smith, Ryan and Alida Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
