John Earl Giles Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2022, at the age of 74, John Earl Giles (Grand Valley, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Madeline Goltz; and his grandparents, Pearl and Edward Meade. He is survived by: his wife Lois Giles (White); his children, Jennifer Shephard (Don) and Jason Giles (Tracy); his grandchildren, Chad Shephard, Delaney Shephard, Reese Shephard, Madilynn Giles and Brock Giles; his great grandchild Anjre Don Shephard; his siblings, Susie Goltz and Roger Goltz; his stepfather Eric Goltz; his cousin Gary Fyles; his friend Jim Wadden; and his close friends, Closing, Dr. Kelly Fenn and Owen Sound Paramedics. He is also survived by many other relatives and many friends.
For those who wish, in lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in John's name to Chapman House or Grey Bruce Health Services - Owen Sound.
