He was predeceased by: his father Edward; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his daughters, Jayme (Jeff) and Natalie (Jesse); his mother Phyllis; his sister Diane (Bruce); his grandchildren, Rachel, Brooklyn, Jackson, Nixon and Ethan; and his pets, Arya and Molly. He is also survived by family members & dear friends.
Therefore, in lieu of flowers, donations on behalf of Jeff made to the Orangeville Minor or Youth Sports Teams including the Tigers, Northmen and Flyers would be appreciated.
