He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Miller and Jeanette Miller. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Miller; his children, Paul (Savannah) and Amanda; his grandchildren, Theodore and Callista; his siblings, David, Glenn (Dorothy) and Gordon; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy, Martin, Glenn Jr., Linda, Nancy, Howard and Karen.
