He is survived by: his wife Catherine Phyllis Given (Walker); his children, Mickey (Robin Given), Christine (Christian Bullas) and Meegan Given (Josh Horton); his grandchildren, Mickey Jr. "MJ", Justine, Nicole, Jaime, Jackson and Genevieve; his stepchildren, Christopher Hergott of Kitchener, Tyler Hergott of Toronto, Jasmyn Bernecker and Ryan Hunter of London; and his pet Charli.
