He was predeceased by: his parents, John Maxwell and Mabel Maxwell (Kennedy); and his brother John Maxwell. He is survived by: his spouse Dale Maxwell (Gulliver) of Grand Bend; his children, Colina Maxwell (Marko Simunovic), Larissa Maxwell of Ajax and Brieita Maxwell-Beckwith (Jana Maxell) of Toronto; and his siblings, Rhoda, Andy Archer of Paris and Helen Middleton of Scotland.
