She was predeceased by: her siblings, Allan (Bette Wachowich), Lucy Wachowich, Bernice Diamond, William (Josephine Hlady), Alice Hlady and Mary (John Heisler); her parents, Philip Wachowich and Anastasia Wachowich (Stepchuk); and her parents-in-law, Elizabeth, Harold Blinston, Victoria Wachowich, Edward Wachowich, Mary, Leo Dumaine, Cecelia, George Kokotailo, Adelaide, Gary Callahan, James Diamond, Peter Hlady, Grace Hlady, Victor, Alexandra Hlady, James Hlady and Elsie Craig.
She is survived by: her husband Bohdan Michael Hlady; and her children, Vickie (Vince), Phil (Lori), Tanya (David) and Gerald (Suzanne). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (payable directly) to a local hospice or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
