Janice Elaine Junker Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Elaine Junker of Grand Bend, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorne Schmidt and Florence Schmidt (Wilhelm); her brother Ron Schmidt (Sharon); her in-laws, David and Catherine Junker (Mein); and her niece Ann Junker.

She is survived by: her husband Bruce Donald Junker; her children, Mike Junker of New Hamburg, Tim of New Hamburg and Melody Junker of New Hamburg; her grandchildren, Chantelle Adams (Junker), Samantha Junker, Marlee (Casey), Cailin (Austin), Max Junker, Luke Fay and Katie Fay; and her siblings, Joyce (Ray Gingerich), Barry (Nancy Schmidt), Linda (Keith Battler), Carl (Joyce Junker), Janet (Don Kobe) and Tamara Junker of New Dundee. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the St. Peters Lutheran Church (22 Goshen Line, Zurich, ON N0M2T0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
