He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Jennifer of Georgetown; his parents, Guillermo Benigno and Angeles Benigno (Vargas); and his brother-in-law Norman Haugen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Arnolda Benigno (Haugen); his children, Janey Benigno (Rickie Singh) of Brampton and Karen Benigno-Burke (Franklin) of Brampton; his stepchildren, Amanda of Georgetown, Brian Rogers of Georgetown, Ray Eckert of Georgetown, Jody of Georgetown and Dwayne Jackson of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Makaila, Jazzlyn, Caylen, Sienna, Gordon (Kristin), Jonathan (Jamie), Samantha (Ryan), Spencer, Alexandra and Parker; his great grandchildren, Brodie and Brenden Rogers; and his siblings, Francisa Benigno of Spain, Manuela Benigno of Spain, Esmeralda Benigno of Spain, Bruce of Port Perry, Louise Haugen of Port Perry and Agnes Haugen of Port Perry. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
