He was predeceased by: his parents, George Allen and Lillian Florence Smith (Deslauriers). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Rose Smith (Baddeley); his daughter Amanda Smith (Tyler Patey) of Brampton; his grandchildren, Riley Patey and Keira Patey; and his siblings, Beverley (Tim Vaillancourt), Gayle Lapointe of Montreal, QC, Donna (Earl McLeod) and Keith (Debbie Baddeley). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
