He is survived by: his wife Karen; his son David (Pamela); his stepchildren, Michelle and Christopher; his grandchildren, Melissa (Rick), Adam (Jen), Evan (Téa) and Jordis; and his great grandchildren, Odin and Rowan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
