He is survived by: his children, Christoffer Calnan (Margreet) and Nicole Calnan (Oliver); his grandchildren, Connor, Kayleigh, Moritz and Caitlin; and his sister Mary Cole (Douglas). He is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews.
