She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Orlikowski and Maria Orlikowski; and her siblings, Mike Caliva, Urbano "Duke" DiStefanao, David Orlikowski, Alexander Orlikowski and Daniel Orlikowski.

She is survived by: her husband Stan; her children, Tim (Kyla Aubin), Erin Breckenridge (Len) and Heidi Lewis (Wallace MacLeod); her grandchild Keely; and her siblings, Rose Caliva, Frances Pecher (Dennis), Kathlene Wilson, Therese Wilson and Gerard Orlikowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations (payable by cheque) to Mother of God Catholic Church, Goulais River would be appreciated by the family.
