He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Doris. He is survived by: his siblings, Marie McAuley (Mike) of St. Catharines, Murray (Linda) of Peterborough, Doug (Cathy) of Milton, Linda Hunter (Bev) of Stratford, Kathy Nicholson (Rae) of Goderich and Dave (Ellen) of Stratford; his cousins, Wayne Mewhinney, Jim McTeer, Lorne, Don Mewhinney, Carol Seaman, Marlene Masters, Bill, Nancy Esplen, Joan McAlpine and Judy Hackett; and his nieces and nephews, Christine, Derek (Bradley Mewhinney), Jessica (David McAuley), Shawn (Tyler Mewhinney), Jeff (Jason Hunter), Curtis (Christopher Nicholson) and Matt Mewhinney.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions a Private Graveside Service will be conducted at Greenhill Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
