It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Willis John McQuarrie (Gore Bay, Ontario), who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McQuarrie and Ellen McQuarrie (Willis); his son Lorne; his granddaughter Jenna; his siblings, Kaye Try (John), Ronald (Joanne), Joyce Kent (Bob), Ian (Alannah) and Richard; and his siblings-in-law, Orland Wismer (Bernice), Merle Morrison (Lawrence) and Elda McQuarrie.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Theresa Noble (Jim), Elizabeth and Allen (Colleen); his daughter-in-law Barb Rayner; his brother Harold; and his sisters-in-law, Glennys McGibbon and Lois Wismer. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
