Phyllis Cook Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2022, at the age of 82, Phyllis Cook (Gore Bay, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Cook and Jean Cook. She is survived by: her brother Sam Cook; her nephew James Cook (Darlene) of Sault Ste; her nieces, Marie and Cynthia Bloemsma (Allan) of Glendale, California.; her great-nephew Sean Cook (Natalie); and her great-nieces, Alicia Cook and Sierra Bloemsma. She is also survived by her family and friends.
