He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his siblings, Charlie (Jary) and Bryan. He is survived by: his sons, Tim and Craig; and his siblings, Donna Steven Ato (Reno) and Jim Fleming (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
