He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Clark and Janet Clark; and his siblings, Jack, Richard, Bill (Ardath), Bob (Thelma), Stella (Harry) and Vera (Borden).

He is survived by: his wife Audrey (Priddle); his sons, Jaff (Vicki) and Bill (Peg); and his siblings-in-law, Mollyanne McLaughlin (Hugh), Grant (Pearl) and Bud (Dot). He is also survived by his great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
