He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Middleton and Jean Middleton (Bailey). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bailey; his children, Logan Middleton (Emily Chiang), Meg Middleton (Matt Haranger) and Kate Middleton (Tony Fedec); his stepchildren, James Dearing and Carolyn Dearing (Arran Campbell); his brothers, Jeff Middleton (Tammi), Bonnie Ruttan-Murillo (Lindsay) and Kim Johnson (David); and his siblings-in-law, Sally Middleton, Chuck Bailey and Todd Bailey (Marian Hester). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
