He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Lacroix and Helen Lacroix; and his sisters, Lynn Taylor and Terry McLaughlin. He is survived by: his wife Maria Lacroix; his children, Erika (Dennis Schilthuis), Matthew Leah (Jordan MacDougall) and Mark (Samantha); his grandchildren, Niah, Samuel, Micah, Hannah, Elizabeth, Callum, Liam, Walter and Anne; and his sister Anne (Christ Daniels). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, the family would appreciate memorial donations to the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital Foundation.
