He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Lutes. He is survived by: his wife Carol of Bayfield Ontario; his daughter Katelyn (Thomas) of Melbourne Australia; his father Harold (Dianne); his brother Dwane (Tanya); and his stepfather Ralph (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations can be made to the Goderich Legion Branch 109.
