She was predeceased by: her parent James O'Connell. She is survived by: her parent Margaret O'Connell; her children, Una (Brian) of Goderich and Jim (Julie Anne) of Chatham; and her grandchildren, Alexander, James, Joseph Whitely, Emma Costello and Ian Costello.
