She was predeceased by: her spouse Ernie Gibson of Goderich; her father Mac Boyd; her son Dean Gibson; her sister Gayle Lowry; and her brothers-in-law, Roy Gibson (Evelyn), Al Hamilton and Donald Hamilton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Dalton (Shawn) and Lisa Van Dyke (Peter); her brother Glenn Boyd (Anne); her brother-in-law Lynn Lowry (Donna); her grandchildren, Angela (Matt), John (Sam), Mike (Jenny), Erinn, Darren (Lindsay), Justin (Leah) and Tyler (Dayna); and her siblings-in-law, John, Catherine Crocker, Dorothy Hamilton, Carolyn, Chris Brown, Gladys Hamilton, George, Pat Gibson, Paul Wardle, Val and David Gibson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
