She was predeceased by: her father Benson McCullough; her spouse Verne Bean; and her brothers, Howard McCullough and Clayton McCullough. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Adams (George) of Port Albert and Rhonda Butt (Dan) of Central Huron; her grandsons, Steven Adams (Janet) of Dungannon, David Adams (Lisa) of Lucknow and Peter Adams of Grimsby; her great grandchild Dayton; her sister Mary Lamb; and her sisters-in-law, Sharlene Bean and Irma Mason. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations in Madeline's name may be made to Christ Church, Port Albert, Huron Hospice Bender House, Goderich Legion - Poppy Fund or charity of your choice.
