She was predeceased by: her husband Don Straughan; her children-in-law, Don Johnston and June Ingham; her grandchildren, Mark (Jacqueline), Lori Michael (Noah), Jeffrey and Alicia (John); her parents, Joseph Freeman and Eva Freeman; and her siblings, Joe Freeman and Beryl MacDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Linda (Doug), Ken and Barb (Carlos); and her brother Art Freeman (Shirley). She is also survived by many niece and nephews and many friends.
