He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dorothy Freeman (Rutledge); his children, Donna MacPhee (Kevin Whitworth) and Stephen Freeman (Barb Bryce); his stepchildren, Brenda Brown, Paul Brown and Lisa Gorel (Paul); his parents, Joseph Freeman and Eva Freeman (Gardner) of Colborne Township; his siblings, Lois Straughan (Donald), Beryl MacDonald (Allan) and Arthur Freeman (Shirley Straughan); his children, Judy and Robert; and his stepdaughter Janette Bird.
