He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his children, Mary (Mike), Bernie (Steve) and Joe (Lynn); his grandfather Krista; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Elliott, Oliver, Spencer, Brayson, Levi, Lucy, James, Justin, Annie, Theo, Leah, Megan and Tucker; and also The Netherlands.
