He was predeceased by: his daughter Barbara; his parents, Charles Rau and Madeline Rau; his brothers, Gerard and Louis; and his parents-in-law, Wilfred, Beatrice Corriveau, Deloris, Doris, Bernie and Wayne.

He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Gary, Barb, Terri, Denise, Roger, Cheryl, Bill, Patti and Charlie; his siblings, Rose, Annette, Clarence (Jan), Maurice (Ellen), Dennis (Barb) and JoAnn; and his parents-in-law, Ted, Sarah Robson, Beverly Morris, Mary and Bob Welt.
