He is survived by: his parents, William Harold Tigert and Olive Aileen Tigert; his siblings, Lloyd Tigert, David Tigert, Shelley Tigert, Susan Hayes and Sharon Tigert-Edward; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Hayes, Trevor Hayes, Erin Edward and Lauryn Edward.
