He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his stepsons, Ronald of Toronto, Steven of Stratford and Douglas of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Joshua, Caleb, Ashley, Hannah and Sarah; and his sister Sharon of London.
