It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Okahashi (Goderich, Ontario), who passed away on September 23, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitsugu Uchida and Ayako Uchida; her daughter Patricia Okahashi; and her siblings, Albert and Lillian.
She is survived by: her sister Joyce Uchida. She is also survived by sister in law and several nieces and nephews.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
