She was predeceased by: her spouse Don Gard. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Pickell (Norman) of Goderich and Stephen Gard (Sharon) of Beaumont; her grandchildren, Bryan (Aynsley), Colin Pickell (Sholeh), Shannon Talbot (Chris), Corey (Rachel), Lynden Mazuren, Gerrett, Tyler and Bryce Gard; her great grandchildren, Denver Saxe, Zephyr, Hugo Pickell, Jackson, Zachary Talbot, Emily Williams, Jaden, Tristan, Levi and Kash Mazuren; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley and Bill Bowes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations to Lakeshore United Church Memorial and Bequest Fund or the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
