He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Parsons (Inverarity) and Joseph Parsons; and his sisters, Margaret (Home) and Agnes (Minardi). He is survived by: his wife Gaynor (Sewell); his children, Cindy, Randy (Melissa) and Mark (Shannon); his stepchildren, Morgan and Tiffany (Jones); and his brother David (Arlene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ever busy in retirement, he chose to donate some of his time to sit on the Board of Directors for Goodwill, London and the Board of Directors for AMGH in Goderich.
