He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Franklin Moore and Verna Mae Caroline Moore (Bennett). He is survived by: his significant other Tracy Moore; his sisters, Mary Dodge (Doug) of London and Joanne Aitken (Greg) of Goderich; his child Jody; and his nieces and nephews, Quin, Devon and Demi.

Donations to the London Health Sciences Foundation, specifically the Cardiac Care ICU to whom we are so grateful for the care and compassion they provided.
