He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jacqueline; and his parents, Verna Elphick and Jack Elphick. He is survived by: his wife Fran Elphick (Alton) of Goderich; his daughter Donna Elphick (Greg Liddle) of Goderich; and his siblings, Josie Hamilton of Lucknow, Ken Elphick (Joyce) of Lucknow, Irene Smith of Strathroy and Harold Elphick (Betty Anne) of Lucknow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
